Restorative Community Solutions provides various coaching services to empower and guide those who have been incarcerated.
Individual Coaching
We offer individual coaching through a restorative lens to empower individuals impacted by incarceration. This coaching helps people to maintain positive growth and self-confidence, which leads to self-sufficiency, maintenance of employment, and diminished contact with the criminal justice system. Credible messengers provide these services throughout the Bay Area.
Group Coaching
Our skilled facilitators offer group coaching to help create cohesion in any workplace, home, or neighborhood setting, including for system-impacted providers and system stakeholders. We incorporate the benefits of support groups and individual coaching to create a safe space for an open exchange of ideas. Available services include healing community circles, peer support circles, teambuilding workshops, and workplace stress/conflict workshops.

RCS hosts a peer support group, Life After Suitability Together (LAST), for individuals found suitable for release back to their communities who now serve those communities. The group provides a place for former lifers to discuss the challenges they face after reintegrating into society and in their work in the social services sector.
