INDIVIDUAL COACHING
Coaching with a restorative lens is a very effective tool for empowering individuals impacted by incarceration. It helps people challenge limited beliefs to establish and maintain positive growth and self-confidence, leading to self-sufficiency and diminished contact with the criminal justice system. We incorporate coaching as a workforce motivator and incentive to challenge oneself to obtain and maintain employment and a positive mindset. We currently provide individual coaching to those being resentenced in San Francisco on a sliding scale.

GROUP COACHING
Empowerment through group coaching has been essential in restoring family, system-impacted providers, and system stakeholders. Group coaching helps to create cohesion in the workplace, home, neighborhood, or home setting. Group coaching guided by a skilled facilitator can catalyze positive change in any social group. Group coaching incorporates the benefits of a support group and peer support with the expertise of a professional community coach to create a safe space for an open exchange of ideas. KANSAS PROGRAMS
Restorative Community Solutions is excited to expand to Lawrence, Kansas, with a renewed focus on community engagement, volunteer activation, and resource mobilization, all driven by the feedback and needs of the community and stakeholders.
